I am a lawyer by profession with a specialization in Commercial Law focused on business development and its legal and economic implications; my mission is to help emerging and positioned companies to focus on the development of their activities without distraction, so that our multidisciplinary team takes care of managing the best profitable and efficient alternative for the operations of our clients.<\/p>\n

I seek to establish a close dialogue to capture the needs and work on the accurate strategies for the fulfillment of the objective.<\/p>\n

My professional career and personal environment has led me to be always involved in the dynamics of business: structuring and restructuring of companies, insolvency proceedings in natural persons and merchants, negotiations and conciliation of debts with creditors, contractual projections, consumer protection, health and trademark registrations and opposition proceedings of trademark registrations now part of Abbott Laboratories. \n\nI have also played the role of administrator of justice for entities in the District of Bogota, I have participated in the preparation of government actions in disciplinary and administrative processes, consulting for foreign companies with operations in Latin America, in tax matters, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Payroll services and outsourcing of legal services.<\/p>\n

I have worked for both the public and private sectors understanding the dynamics that each environment handles, understanding their strengths and weaknesses. These were the reasons that led me to found this company, to offer not only my individual experience and knowledge, but to integrate a group of professionals with expertise in the legal and business sector.<\/p>\n

I enjoy doing bikram yoga, traveling and talking. This is me, an analytical, strategic, investigative, suspicious, structured and observant woman.
