Graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and a career with emphasis on the IT sector, Information and Telecommunications Technologies, has over 14 years of work experience and extensive knowledge in engineering project management methodologies under the guidelines of the Project Manager Institute.

Has participated as a business developer in different segments of the sector, including the deployment of Broadcast Content Distribution networks such as DTH (Direct to Home), Cable Distribution (Local Headends Distribution), Digital Terrestrial Television DTT, Government and Defense applications, Broadband Access programs, Corporate Services (B2B Enterprise) and Cellular Backhaul network deployment.

In the satellite communications sector, he has been a consultant to several multinationals with a global presence, such as Eutelsat (France), Newtec (Belgium), Advantech Wireless (Canada) and Gilat Satellite Networks (Israel).

During the last 10 years, he has held positions oriented to the growth of regional sales of the companies, their development of new markets and the management of the main accounts of TIER-1 Operators such as: Americamóvil - Claro Group, Telefónica - Movistar, MediaNetworks Latin America, Tigo-Millicom, DirecTV LATAM, ENTEL, WOM and CNT.

In 2018, he decided to join forces to found AKTO Estudio Legal y Comercial (DBA LATAM CONSULTANTS S.A.S), in order to offer his business structuring consulting services together with legal and financial services.

Alejandro has a great capacity to integrate into multidisciplinary work teams, with creativity to design and implement innovative business plans and models. He has extensive knowledge in administrative areas and technical know-how in wireless telecommunications systems such as satellite, microwave, WiFi and 2G/3G/4G mobile networks.
